Description: This auction is for the civil war era black powder flask shown in the pictures. Selling as-found at an estate sale isthis piece measuring about 8" tall. As the pictures show, it has two side rings. The body pattern is quite unique. In my research I looked at pictures of over 1000 flasks and I was unable to find another like it with the smooth and dots design. This flask has an adjustable spout with 3 settings. It has the shut-off that works but it is missing the return spring and spring post. There is only one noticeable dent along with a few minor dings (see Pics). Look closely at the pictures as this is sold as-found, as-is, no-returns.
