I believe this is a Chinese Exported silver server. The server is marked "C.J.Co" This company was around late 19th century to early 20th Century . The cake server is approximately 9 3/4" Tall x 2 1/4" Wide. The server weights approximately ( 106.5 grams ) 3.42 Troy ounces.The handle looks weighted , but does not feel weighted to me , if weighted the silver weight will be off .
