Description: Chinese Export Silver Round Box Gilt Interior Tuck Chang 1910 Chinese export silver round box with hinged lid, having stipple-hammered surface and gilt interior. There is an engraved monogram "J" on the lid. Made by Tuck Chang & Co., Shanghai c. 1910. This great box is 1 1/2" in diameter, 7/8" tall and weighs 24.7 grams or 0.79 ozs Troy. The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing. The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
