This handmade child's costume is a mystery to me . . is it a cultural dress outfit or just a very, very fancy costume made for a special night. Either way, the sewist put alot of love AND alot of bling . . 1 lb of shiny rhinestones to be exact. Please keep that in mind. It's heavy! It's sheer (see picture 10 and picture 17). The bling is mainly on the front of the dress but there is a row of bling on the back at the hem. Please note: I've just noticed one prong which is missing a rhinestone. There is one tassel that has come loose (see last pic)Since it's homemade, there's no tag as to what size it is. Here are the measurements.
