Description: Nice old C. H. McKenney adjustable brass lamp, stands approx 21” tall, base is 6” in diameter. Wouldn’t’ve known the maker if not for a small remnant of a paper label with a partial logo on the bottom. Not marked otherwise. Seems the company was known mostly for producing high end chandeliers. As found: green cased glass shade (7” diameter, 5” tall, some very small chips that are covered by the fitter, pictured), original cloth cord, some fraying in the outer layer but in usuable shape, GE Co. paddle socket and floral fitter dated 1898, Benjamin socket plug 1911. The Benjamin plug is a cool piece on its own but for someone that wants to rewire and use a normal plug I’m including a nice, period brown bakelite plug. See photos.
