But with this issue, Perez took the helm, both writing and penciling the stories and returning Superman to his original status as the feature character. This copy is signed by Perez and is professionally graded by CGC at 9.8 as part of their special Signature Series. The last recorded sale of a 9.8 (per GPA Analysis) was $900 on in January of 2024). Only 16 Signature Series copies are noted on the CGC Census, and not all of those are signed by Perez. Please note, with Signature Series books a certified CGC witness actually observes the signing of the comic and then immediately takes possession of the book so there is no possibility of the real autograph being switched out with another.
