Description: Just played on my Denon turntable. I rate/price LPs on sound mostly - then cover, inserts, LP sleeve, etc. I care about the sound the most. I'm listing my entire LP Collection, about 20 left (including Quad), as I record them. Look out for new listings. Some very rare ones indeed! Original 1973 US LP on A&M RECORDSCAT STEVENS "Foreigner" QU-54391This is a QUADRAPHONIC pressing: SQ Here are my gradings: NM, EX, VG+, VG and G for the LP itself, the cover and the Sleeve/any other things included with the LP. I very rarely sell LPs that skip, but I will note this. Sealed albums are presumed to be in MINT condition. NM means that the vinyl/cover/sleeve looks/plays as though it is close to the first time or two.EX means while the LP may play fine, there's something in the sound/looks that drops it from NM.VG+ is used on any LP that looks/plays great, but may have one or two small defects. It may have a pop here and there or some occasional background noise or the cover/sleeve may not look perfect.VG albums will look/play great, but you’ll see more defects than a VG+ rated album. VG rated albums may even look/play well enough to be graded VG+, but blemishes affect the grading. G is where I consider the collectible value of the album to be great enough that the copy being presented is worth owning as a filler copy. Vinyl: VG - Side #1 has a mark, but it does not affect soundCover: VG - see photos.LP Sleeve: Original LP sleeve VG - Includes picture and lyrics on heavy cardboard insertNotes on sound below: Side #1: Slight surface noise, mostly in-between tracks or during real quiet sections.Side #2: Much better than side #1, but still has light surface noise.LP has been cleaned and play tested. I pack carefully and ship in a new or used, but in good shape, LP mailer with the LP outside the original cover. The LP plays through fine - NO SKIPS! Some hardware/software, or a better cleaning, may eliminate more of the noise. These results are on my equipment. You may or may not hear the same.I deal on multiple LPs - contact me.I also combine shipping - $2 additional per LP, in addition to the highest shipping in the group.
