Overall the appearance is very good.Biography Carl Otto Fey was a painter and draftsman of the Dusseldorf school. In 1918 he moved to the Netherlands and from there to France where he was hugely influenced by the German Impressionists. After 1945, Carl Otto Fey continued his artistic career participating in exhibitions throughout Europe. The immediate experience of nature is ever present in both Fey's wildlife and landscape paintings.
