This derailleur was built just prior to the same version in 1979 with the black anodised arm. These are not seen very often and are very rare. The usual identity that differentiates the Super Record from the Nuovo Record is the drilled oval holes and the use of Stainless Steel hardware. If you need a period correct derailleur while not in concourse condition; shows very well with lighter than average usage, this will do very nicely!
