The index shows that PG 65 begins the "Detailed specs" and PG 66 is the last page I have, so I believe it is complete. I do not know if the Lucas supplement is complete or not. All of the pages have torn free. This is an original manual though. the lucas supplement is stapled inside the front cover. I will gladly combine shipping if possible, just ask before paying please.
