Here is one of the under-2,000 Brooks B17 Champion B17 sprinter saddles. This one is numbered #687. The saddle is gorgeous, very light, and comes with wonderful packaging. You get exactly what's shown in the photos. The box is quite nice too (although some imperfections in the cardboard box) While this saddle is amazing, like all saddles made from an animal product, you will see imperfections from the hide (see the sixth photo). Note that this saddle has lovely an rather uniform coloration. The photos seem to make the saddle look less uniform in color than it really is. This is a lovely piece. When we posted this saddle, we saw one other nos example like this on ebay for $800, and another for $1,200. This one is priced nicely considering it's exotic appeal and what others are seeking. We usually aren't folks who get excited about "special limited edition stuff", but this saddle really feels like an exception. It will have timeless appeal for those collecting the finest. This item is perfect for that old Cinelli, Masi, Hetchins, Reynolds 531 or Columbus SL bicycle that you have. Also great for modern steel frames that take a 1" quill stem. This item will be great for that vintage lightweight bicycle that you may be displaying at Classic Bicycles Auburn in June 2024 in Auburn Indiana at the famous Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum The fine print: It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine if an item purchased from us is safe for use.
