Description: Billbergia 'Casa Blanca'. Created by Bob Spivey, is the result of crossing two of Don Beadle's most successful hybrids: 'Caramba' and 'Afterglow'. The plant features deep green foliage that is so thoroughly mottled with white that the green appears only as a thin web surrounding the white blotches. When exposed to adequate light, the plant takes on a delicate pinkish hue. With its striking upright, tubular rosette shape, Billbergia 'Casa Blanca' has become a highly sought-after cultivar. Growth habit: medium Light requirements: Strong filtered light: Prefers moderate levels of light, such as bright indirect light or filtered sunlight. Thrives in well-lit spaces without direct exposure to intense sunlight. All our plants are sold as offsets, or pups. Pictures shown are a mature plant example.
