“BRITNEY” Spears Unofficial Barbie Doll Like Superstar Face 2000s Fashion Dutch

Description: “Britney” doll is in okay/decent condition considering the quality of what it is. The box is in really rough shape and is made of flimsy card stock. Doll has not been played with and has remained in box with original hair and outfit in tact (doll was only rooted around the hair line, so there is not much hair). Her head was wobbly because it was originally glued in place by the factory that made it, but the glue disintegrated over time. I have put some poster tack around the neck to better hold her head in place. I purchased this doll over a decade ago as I was searching for “unofficial” Britney dolls and came across this on a foreign eBay (can’t remember which one). As a Britney doll collector, I was intrigued by this doll and concluded that it *must* have been inspired by Britney Spears, based on the way the name was spelled and the outfit is also super reminiscent of something Britney would wear. I can also deduce that this doll was produced in the early 2000s based on the aesthetic, although it doesn’t say that on the box. The text on the box is written in Dutch and also says “Holland”, so I’m assuming that’s where it was originally produced. I have only ever seen one other variation of this doll and it also had a very Britney-like outfit on. If you collect every variation of Britney doll, then this doll is for you! This doll is clearly a budget doll and was not made of top-quality materials, so please be aware that there may be typical factory flaws.
