Description: Up for sale is a very rare eight piece Netherlands Infantry set from Britain’s of England (Set #1850). This set was an uncatalogued Armies of the World set from 1939. It features 8 Dutch troops (1 officer with seven infantry) in Nile green uniforms. As it was an uncatalogued set produced in limited numbers it is actually quite a rare set to acquire.This set is in good condition commensurate with its age, however I will point out the following important points:1. One infantryman is missing his left rifle carrying arm (see second last picture).2. One bayonet is missing the tip (see second last picture).3. The arms on two of the soldiers have a loose fit. They sit fine displayed in place but come off quite easily when moved around (see last photo - where you can see one of the soldiers actually has a break in the lead at the top of the shoulder).4. Also, there is no original Britain’s box with this item. I will pack in a generic toy soldier box which will be packed with bubble wrap on the inside and outside and placed in a shipping box.Please check all pictures for best idea of condition and use them to determine overall quality.
