These rivets will retro-fit into a body post that's been pilot drilled with a 1/16" hole. The two drill bits included allow you to drill a pilot hole for the screws with the smaller bit, then remove the head of the factory rivet with the larger bit. The flat heads measure approximately 1/8" in diameter, and the round heads measure approximately 3/32" in diameter. The length of the posts are approximately 3/16" long.
