The "Esprit" model has been discontinued by the Breyer company. He has been painted into a lovely shade of faded dappled gray. Take this gorgeous horse home today!! *Disclaimer: Although a number of the horses I've painted have won at live shows and NAN qualified, this model is not represented to be "live show quality". I would prefer that the buyer determine this! No guarantee of live show ability is implied. No piece of artwork is without imperfections- whether it be a slight texture to the surface, dust in the finish or other minor flaws. Please note that I do not accept returns for these minor imperfections! I am not able to create artwork as smooth as an original finish Breyer, please take note of this before bidding!! I have been painting custom horse statues since 1989. Each horse is hand painted in airbrushed acrylics, and then finishing details are added such as glossy tri-colored eyes and glossed hooves. Each horse has their Breyer or Stone logo removed and some sanding has been done. They are basecoated with Krylon primer and finished with many layers of Krylon's Satin and Matte sprays. Custom horses are more delicate than original Breyer models, and are intended as a collectible. They are not durable enough for play. Packaging info: Every model is wrapped in layers bubble wrap for safe shipping. Additional packaging depends on what I have available... newspapers, plastic bags, packing peanuts, etc. Payment Details: If you are interested in this horse, and are not able to pay immediately, please let me know and I may be willing to change the listing so you can buy it, and then pay within the next few days. If you are an overseas or Canadian bidder, and the shipping charges quoted by ebay seem a bit high, please contact me and I will double check and see if the quote is accurate. Thanks! Important sales terms and policies: Returns are only accepted if item is not as pictured in ad, and if contact is made within 48 hours of receipt of model. Finding flaws (such as a bumpy finish) on the model is not an acceptable reason for return. The returned model MUST be received by me within 14 days of contact, and must be in the same condition as shipped by me. You must pay all return shipping and insurance charges, original shipping fees will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Original finish Breyers removed from their packaging are not returnable! If you ship a model back to me uninsured and it is damaged in transit, NO refund will be made. If you damage a model before returning it to me, NO refund will be made. If the model received is not the model I sent, NO refund will be made. If you ignore the above policies and try to return your model without authorization, it will be refused and you will be responsible for paying USPS return shipping charges. You shall not use returns as an alternative to making a damage claim with USPS! Insurance claim policy: If an item is damaged during shipping, you must contact me within 24 hours to start an insurance claim. Customer must co-operate with making the insurance claim in any way asked, including taking an item back to USPS for inspection, OR sending the model back to me at their expense for a refund minus shipping charges. No replacement will be made until if/when the insurance claim is approved by USPS. If customer fails to prove claim, we can not refund any monies paid.
