In English it reads, "Angel of God who carry our prayers to the tabernacle, send down on us all the graces of the Eucharist."Angels are involved with the Eucharist, bringing down this Bread of Angels from Heaven. In the interchange between Earth and Heaven during the Mass, they can carry our prayers up to Heaven.
