Description: This listing is for a marked BRAXTON PAYNE 1992 on the bottom of the cast plaster kit 5-1/4” wide, 3-1/2” tall, 1” deep with a packet of wood pieces for porch railing that has to be attached. The is a small card marked FRENCH COLONIAL PLANTATION HOUSE with printed windows and shutters with instructions on the reverse side. The kit was found in a local estate with other miniature items, in the original box with the original wrapping and never used. CONDITION: in as found condition with no damage to the contents.
