Description: Pair of Boyd's Bears Retired Plush Stuffed Animal Characters 1985 - 1997 Plush Sailor Bear : Chauncey Fitzbruin 1985 - 1997 Plush Bear in Denim Vest & Bowtie : Raeburn Both of these adorable plush characters will come to you when purchased. They are both from the Boyd's Bears Collections and are from J.B. Bean & Associates Series. Both are around 6.5" - 7" tall and are jointed. Sailor : Chauncey Fitzbruin is a light brown or beige bear. His fur reminds me of shag carpet. He is around 7" tall and comes with his sailor cap and collar that is greenish beige and navy blue. There are embroidered stars on the collar. The hat likes to collect lint. Chauncey has black bead eyes, black string nose and dark brown felt paw pads. Chauncey still has two hang tags as well as the tush seam tag. Former owner or company wrote Chauncey on the brown tag. The brown tag states he is part of the J.B. Bean & Associates Collection / Handmade in China / 1985 - 1997. The little round tag says Boyds Bears Bearwear. His tush seam tag says Boyds Collection / J.B. Bean Series with a date of 1985 - 1997 on the back. Polyester Fiber / And or Plastic Beads. He has the plush head with beans throughout the body. He is jointed and can hold a pose. He measures to be around 6.5" tall from the top of the hat to the bottom of the feet. Medium Brown Bear in Denim Vest and Bowtie : Medium Brown Bear wearing a Gingham Check Print Bowtie in Burgundy and Beige. The elastic in the back is a bit overstretched. He is also wearing a denim vest with metal Boyds Bears Button. The vest opens and closes with a hook and loop piece. The back of the vest has an attached label that says Boyds Bears / BEARWEAR. He has soft brown fur with vinyl paw pads in dark brown. The eyes are beads amd black nose is stringing. Raeburn is missing all hang tags. He does have his tush seam tag. Raeburn is from the Boyds Bears Collection / J. B. Bean Series with a date of 1985 - 1997 on the back. Polyester Fiber / And or Plastic Beads. He feels to be mostly plush .. might have beans in the feet. He measures to be around 7" from the top of the ears to the bottom of the feet. Neither character looks to have any major issues .. no stains, holes, tears, repairs or bad odors. I steam all plush that I sell. I will put the pair of plush characters into each of their own clear baggies and then package the pair. The set will be sent in a box. I take many photos so be sure you check them all.
