Push the bottle up and down a few times and the water or sanitizing solution will be squirted into the bottle, rinsing/sanitizing the inside of the bottle. After the sanitizer has been injected into the bottle, you let the sanitizer drain out of the bottle back into the bowl and place the bottle on the tree to dry.
