Get your boosted board back in business ASAP! *note: if your battery has more than just the RLOD wrong with it (ie has one or more dead cells or significant physical damage) I will not be able to repair it. You will be subject to covering shipping charges but will receive a full refund for the repair price. Since I am not able to read the voltages until the battery is physically in front of me, I cannot say for sure whether or not the battery is fixable until it is on my table. If the battery has been sitting broken in storage for a while, it may have a dead or dying cell and may not be fixable. If the battery displays no lights at all when not plugged in, it may have a dead or dying cell. If you have concerns about your battery’s fixability, reach out and we can try to figure it out together. Again, the only way to truly know and determine repairability is getting a reading on the individual cell voltages when I have the battery. If your battery has an error other than the RLOD, you must contact me before ordering to ensure repairability. My ability to offer a refund is predicated on your battery having RLOD or discussing the situation with me beforehand.
