Description: This is some kind of death gauge when you spin the outer aluminium cog. The meter reading what inside rotates and it always points to 12 when you rotate it, but it will show that it’s going down so it’s like a meter, reading, so it must go into some kind of spindle don’t know what, it could be from a boat, or it could be from land machinery It does have a bit of staining on the front glass or perspex.
