Description: BMW VINTAGE 1977 BMW R100S STRAIGHT FRAME AND BOTTOM END. Vin #6161354 This is a really good straight frame and a very excellent bottom end. The very last picture shows what the bike looked like when it was all together, none of the other parts shown are in the auction. Frame could use repainting. I have the proper paperwork, it will be included with sale. I also guarantee the Bottom End to be in excellent condition, crankshaft, cam, everything is in excellent, very serviceable condition. Would not bother to replace any bearings, cam chain, etc., would just be a waste of money. I guarantee the frame is straight. As you can see by the BMW Frame Guage the frame is straight and true, (the gauge is not included in the auction, it is for demonstration purposes only). Also have the original wire wheels, plus several sets more of those, along with about 8-10 1978- on cast rear wheels, have to eventually get all that listed on ebay, (but am not selling with this frame). Still have the top end from this bike, will eventually list it. Will list the engine parts and balance of bike as time goes by. Offering to ship by Freight, (contact me for a price quote), or local pick up, you will have to come get it within 2 weeks or so. We have a full time hay and grain farm, am here most all the time and you could come pick this up at your convenience. Have a lot more BMW frames than this to sell, all good and straight, (can put the frame gauge on them to show you), will eventually get them listed here on ebay. Have another 1977 R100S, 1978 R100RS orig. Motorsport, (no longer have the bodywork for it though), 1977 R100RS, (no paper on this one), 1984 R100RS, etc. Have most of the original lower miles Bottom Ends too.
