Description: During a recent visit to one of our favorite printers, he showed me one of his newest designs which is called "BIRDS WITHOUT BORDERS". Being snarky, sarcastic, and generally trying to start trouble, as soon as I looked it over, I began to call it "BIRDS WITHOUT BACK-PRINTS". He was NOT amused, but who cares? I WAS! Several years back, he had sent us a large box of a recently-retired, double-sided shirt called "BIRD MIGRATION", (Please see ebay listing number 112715322448) of which we still have a few left. We may be Astronomers here, but we knew a GREAT design when we saw it and, unfortunately, he had sent us all that were left, so we couldn't order any more. The problem with the old design had NOT been sales...it had been VERY popular. However, the multi-color back-print was a pain in the butt for his crew to print. So, his artist tweaked the front design slightly, eliminated the back design, and switched to a different colored shirt and a WHOLE NEW DESIGN WAS BORN! Well, sort of. This time, we were smart enough to grab some of these while it is still a new design and in production, so we have some available in all sizes. While real "Birders" are sure to appreciate what "Neotropical Migrants in the Americas" means, others may simply try to stir up outrage and create a panic at this "INCOMING FLOCK OF ILLEGAL ALIENS!" As best as we can tell, they test-printed a few of these on Youth-sized Large shirts to see if they might produce these for kids, as well.
