Offered as vintage vinyl collectible not as a fidelity recording. Vinyl retains luster with a some surface marks and I felt a tiny scratch using my fingernail on the So Much Soul side. Likely, the Radio DJ wrote arrival date on one side. Included is a paper sleeve. During my tenure as record store manager, many people swore up and down that a record skipped on their player at home but when played in store, the record did not skip. It is what it is... I let them pick out that same record again. This vinyl recording is one of a kind so that is not an option. If you are fanatical about this, please consider this viewpoint. The condition of the label is another indicator while not a perfect method, it can nevertheless tell us a lot about how the record was treated or in some instances, how many times is was played. Surface markings on the vinyl indicate to me: Record played more than few times. Likely DJ wrote instr. on Mono side. Visually Graded. Please look at photos carefully--they may help you make a decision. A magnifier tool should appear when you run your mouse pointer over the surface of the enlarged image and it will magnify that portion of the record.
