Description: I purchased this Bell and Howell filmo 70 HR a couple years ago during college with the hope of making a short film. I wanted this particular model because it is SINGLE PERF ready! That’s fairly rare amongst these more affordable 16mm cameras. It came out storage after decades of disuse in the military. I was told at the time that it had been stored properly all those years and was inspected for good use before it was sold to me. I never got around to using the camera, unfortunately. But it seems to run very well. I will include a couple of videos of the camera running. The outside of the camera is not in perfect shape, but the inside it beautifully well kept. this thing is what you want if you want to give 16mm filming a try without breaking the bank. This camera wasn’t dug out of Grama’s attic after years of dust and moisture took its toll. It sat In a clean warehouse with a bunch of other film equipment. It was then inspected and given a clean bill of health. I’ve always stored it with the spring run all the way down in my office. All of this said, I do not accept returns and do not absolutely guarantee the camera’s function, as I am not a professional.
