The controller powers on and all inputs and outputs work, but as the volume is increased static and low volume is heard. A few taps on the knob and it the volume will cut in and clear up with no static. So, I would say intermittent on output volume at the knob. I'm sure it can be serviced and work to spec. I just don't have time to fix it. Comes with original box with user manual, power cord and usb cable.
