Description: Design: This elegant little footed bowl is in a classic German pattern of gold scrollwork, cartouches and finely painted multicolor flowers against a pure white background. The pattern is called Dresden. Maker: The bowl was made in Bavaria by the legendary German porcelain firm Tirschenreuth and it reflects that iconic firm's high quality: the porcelain and the craftsmanship are of a high standard. A green underglaze Tirschenreuth mark appears on the reverse along with a red "Germany" mark. Condition: The bowl is in excellent condition with no marks, nicks, chips, cracks, stains, discoloration, repairs, crazing or wear. There are several tiny dark spots in the porcelain that were created in the manufacturing process - they're shown in the photo with the red arrows.
