It runs on 208/3 phase and has steam capability. The unit has one control panel that need to be replaced. We will do that before the items is shipped out. The unit has been inspected by our tech's and has checked out successfully. We are a bakery service and sales company located in Maryland. We can ship this item to you in the continental USA for the cost of the shipping added to the invoice. We are located at 21040 zip code and have a fork lift.
