The Basic Library Of The World's Greatest Music features recordings of Mozart, Sebastian Bach, Beethoven, and various other artists. The vinyl records are in excellent working order and each one comes in a lovely green and gold cardboard box. The box set is a vinyl record format and was originally released in 1958. It includes a variety of classical genres and is perfect for anyone who appreciates world music. This is a great addition to any music collection and a wonderful gift for any music enthusiast. All of the Vinyl Records appear to be in fantastic shape with virtually no damage to the Records themselves. We made sure to grab some photos showing all 23 of our discs outside of their packaging, be sure to check out those photos! The boxes that they come in all include additional printed materials contained within including illustrated pages relating to the individual vinyl record. Each of the 23 contains a completely different set of materials that coincides with the vinly record. How cool is that? The green and gold boxes appear to have been handled quite a few times but remain largely in tact with only two of the boxes having separated and the rest still have their paper “hinge” mechanism in tact. Some of the boxes are a bit dented and many of the corners have sustained a few bumps and bruises over the years. Overall the set still looks fantastic and it sure is something to behold all 23 at once! Do not let appearances fool though, the vinyl records contained within the green and gold boxes are gorgeous! We do not know the history of these items but we’d guess that they’ve simply been moved around many times and then survived the world of pre-owned merchandise when the original buyer of the brand new set decided to let them go for whatever reason.
