The Baratza Forte AP is a fantastic grinder for home baristas or even small commercial cafes. It has some tremendous innovative features and is great value. Its one shortcoming is its inability to measure "dose by weight" despite having a quality in-built scale. That is, until now.This modification pack comprises a precision 3D-printed stand and a 58mm stainless steel dosing cup. When used together (stand and dosing cup) "dose by weight" can be effortlessly achieved. This modification pack has been tested in a commercial environment and shown to be accurate (within 0.2g) and efficient. 53mm stainless steel dosing cups are also available instead of 58mm. If your portafilter is 53mm in diameter, just send a message for your preference.
