Second story reprinted from Avengers (1st series) 11 (minus page 4): "The Mighty Avengers Meet Spider-Man!" Script by Stan Lee. Pencils by Don Heck. Inks by Chic Stone. Kang has another plan to eliminate the Avengers! And this one involves the web-slinger...or at least someone bearing a close resemblance! (Notes: The cover by Jack Kirby and Chic Stone is reprinted from Avengers 11. This is the last reprint Avengers Annual. The next one published 4 years later features a new story.)
