The Attune NxT partners acoustic focus technology with hydrodynamic focusing, yielding results ten times faster than other flow cytometers, detecting up to 35000 events a second. Users can analyze small or precious samples quickly and more efficiently. The Invitrogen Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer is ideal for detecting rare events, cancer and apoptosis studies, immunophenotyping and signaling studies, cell cycle analysis, stem cell analysis, and more. This flow cytometer’s modular design also means you can add or upgrade options as your needs change. The system can hold up to 4 lasers, 14 colors, and 16 parameters. This system is installed with Blue and Red lasers for up to 9 detection channels, including forward and side scatter. To keep things moving, the system is built with a clog-resistant syringe system with a force of up to 75 psi. And its compact size means you can fit it where it’s needed most, even a cell culture hood. Partnered with this flow cytometer is the Attune NxT autosampler for automated functionality. This autosampler is compatible with 96-384 and deep well formats and uses intelligent probe technology to prevent clogs. The autosampler also performs autocleaning to keep things running smoothly.
