The jewel case is in good condition. This locomotive is NOT DCC Ready. The locomotive was tested prior to shipment and ran well with both lights operating properly. I do not charge separate shipping and handling fees everything is worked into the price. Since I do not charge separate shipping and handling fees, combined shipping is always free.
