This Oculus Rift S Touch controller is pre-owned and shows minor cosmetic wear. There are light scratches and scuffs on the band of the controller. This controller has been tested and it does not power on or pair. There is no visible damage to the area where battery sits and the battery has been replaced with a brand new battery to ensure that that is not the issue. AA battery is included with controller.
