Description: This is a beautiful hand made artisan glass paperweight! It is signed "1994 Michael J. Reid 23K gold, silver" on the bottom; it's a beautiful deep blue with faint gold/silver flecks which appear to make it look like a world globe--I'm not sure that's what the artist intended & it's certainly not an accurate depiction of a globe but that's what comes to mind when you look at it.It measures approx. 3 1/8" diameter and is in very nice, used and vintage condition. CONDITION: Vintage (1994), used condition---very nice--nearly perfect--has a very faint line/scratch in one area but is very hard to see--nearly invisible. Bottom is etched with the signature, date, and description (24k gold, silver). When you hold it up to a strong light, you can see the curious, almost scale-like glass patterns inside! It would be a beautiful addition to a collection of art glass paperweights!
