The front part has a view of a cliff, behind it is a lake, and near the base there is a green transmitter to make elements or change maps. It also has two veins of gas balls very close to the base. Behind it is a river, and also a great area for collecting metals. It also has 2 different drop locations. I'm building the base. If you buy it, you can give me a tip on how you want it. I will add light Dinos, karquinos, ankylo, spino, megalosaurus. Chemical bench, forge, refrigerator, troughs. Tek items will not be added, but you will have an excellent base in a quiet farming location with a large and well-structured space.
