I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This copy is in good condition, with a solid spine and great inside pages (photo#11 example). It has some mostly lesser and predominantly corner-based signs of wear. **Photo#4: -Upper spine corner: Light scuffing, tiny peel where it meets the back cover. **Photo#5: -Lower spine corner: Light scuffing/compression, small ding where it meets the back cover that causes a ~1/2: indent around the corner on that cover. **Photo#6: -Front cover top edge: A few tiny scuffs spread along it that show lightly on 1 page, otherwise light if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Small bend/depression around corner that goes thru pages as a light bend, with a tiny scuff at the extreme corner that shows lightly on ~3 pages. **Photo#7:-Front cover bottom edge: Light shelf-scuffing along it.-Outer corner: Small scuff/bend around corner, goes thru ~12 pages as a scuff, and almost all as a light bend. **Photo#8: -Back cover top edge: Tiny scuff towards its outer corner, tiny ding near its middle that shows lightly on ~12 pages, otherwise light if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Small scuff/bend around corner, goes thru 1 page as a corner fold, 4 as a light indent, and ~1/2 pages as a tiny/light bend. **Photo#9:-Back cover bottom edge: Tiny ding towards its outer corner that shows lightly on ~6 pages, small ding/indent near its middle that causes a small/light adjacent cover crease (photo#10 w/illumination), and shows on ~8 pages as a light depression.-Outer corner: Tiny crease/scuff/bend around corner, goes thru ~3 pages as a light crease, and ~25 pages as a scuff/bend. **Additionally: Front cover has a tiny spine edge ding near its lower corner, and some light scuffing at/around its page edge's middle. Back cover's page edge has some tiny shelf-scuffs around its middle. Tiny/light stain towards its bottom outer corner. Both covers have some mostly light shelf-scratching around them. Book has a light vertical flex/bend near its middle. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I both buy to read as well as sell TPBs on here, so I understand how aggravating it is to receive a comic damaged in transit. I always pack books firmly between pieces of cardboard (among other materials/layers) via Gemini Comic mailers or bubble mailers depending on size; usually utilizing boxes for larger lots. If you have any questions or would like any additional photos, feel free to let me know. I'm always happy to combine shipping costs - either message me before completing purchase for a pre-payment price adjustment, or alternatively I can provide a refund afterwards. Thanks, and have a fantastic day!
