Description: Antique? Vintage Ault Aultcliff England Blue Large Pitcher Jug & Basin Wash Estate Sale find. Pitcher - 11" HBasin - 16" W From my research, Ault / Aultcliff is early 20th century pottery. I cannot verify or guarantee the age of these pieces because I am no expert. I cannot find anything like these rare pieces on the internet. Please do your research before purchasing. Pitcher and basin have some wear due to age as show in the last four pictures. They both have all sorts of factory marks throughout the pieces. There are no cracks, chips, or breaks that I could find on the pair. The original owner said these were used as movie props in the Salem show series that was filmed here in Shreveport where I live. They used authentic antiques and vintage items in the show and afterwards they sold them off and that is how the original owner acquired them.
