Description: This is an antique paper holder/dispenser/cutter used in general stores and mercantiles for centuries and still totally useable today. It's made by the Star Cupples Company Manufacturer of Saint Louis, Missouri. (see wikipedia about Samuel Cupples company). It measures 22 7/8" long x 11 3/4" tall x 2 1/4" wide and holds a 19" roll of paper. All patina is original, I only wiped it for photography purposes. It weighs 3 pounds 11 ounces and will ship free to the lower 48 states.
