Description: Approx 15" long' 8" tall, 6" wide Typical corrosion and rust. Porcelain plates are not chipped or cracked. One of the leveling bars is out of its seat, but can probably be reset. Some old labels. Unsure if it can be brought back to balance, but see no mechanical reason why it cannot. Sold as display piece (for parts)
