It is made from a soft purple or pink silk with an overlay of delicate beige lace. The purple silk base layer begins above the bust line and falls to mid calf. The lace overlay is two separate pieces, one the straps and bodice that falls hip high. The second lace piece begins at the waist and falls to the knee. This layering gives the illusion of a drop waist. The lace has a large rose pattern. There is a three dimensional rosette sewn at the hip. It measures approximately 1 1/4 inches. There is no closure.
