As I clearly stated in my video, I know nothing about antique or vintage spectacles. I just know they are pretty cool looking.This listing is for the 10K gold pair of glasses/frames and I am including extras such as the other 2 pairs glasses/frames and an old, beat up case for parts, repairs or whatever you want. I am assuming if these are for wear, you will be replacing the glass portion as there is a small chip and they show wear consistent with age, so please don’t expect the glass to appear new or even close to it. All of my measurements are approximate and based on the tools I use and you see in images. I use and rely on the standard Puri Test acid kit to help confirm metal purity. As I showed in images the results of testing the glasses in 3 different areas showing positive for 10K gold. I can not guarantee that every part is 10K as it appears to me that there may have been repairs and I don’t know what other metal may have been used. This is definitely not my area of expertise. I don’t see any other markings on the other 2 pairs except for the silver tone pair which has what appears to be TAW & Co. Please look at all of the images to form your own opinion as to the condition of the item. My personal opinion may differ from yours. Prior to wearing, please get the item checked out, serviced or repaired, and/or parts replaced by a professional as I can not be held responsible for how any item, clasp, findings, or any other part will hold up with any sort of wear. I don’t know how they were to look originally, but to me, it appears that there may have been repair/s or soldering and there is a small chip in one of the glasses and of course, the glass will need replacing prior to wear. I did not attempt to polish or clean any of the pieces as I don’t want to damage anything. They appear to be quite fragile. Please feel free to ask questions prior to making a purchase. My jewelry comes from estates, individual consignors, individual or bulk purchases, etc. In most cases, I do not know the history of the jewelry nor where it has traveled or been stored.
