Personally in past years I would have said Stevens and Williams, England but in recent time would probably have to revise that to Bohemian and maybe Harrach. Still it doesn't matter as it is a thing beauty. Please check pictures I describe as best I can .I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS and pack well to avoid any breakage . I do not charge extra for handling or packing materials it is included in the shipping fee .
