It is engraved with Lethbridge Alta. Stamped sterling . The spoon is 4 inches in length. This collectible spoon is in very good condition. Slightly tarnished with three spots in spoon bowl. This collectible Native American style spoon is in very good condition. There may be an occasional scratch from age & handling, and the tarnish discoloration as described. The spoon has not been cleaned, I leave that for the new owner. Wonderful collectible
