Description: Antique Italian religious souvenir, gilded triptych. Just over 6" high, and just under 7" wide when opened. The three pictures are prints, with a Madonna and child in the center and angels on the two side panels. The rest of the piece is handpainted in off-white and gold, with a couple of squiggles of gesso down the sides of the center piece. Right-hand panel closes a little crooked-- appears to have been made that way-- and there is a small chip to paint at the top of it.
