If not this item will come wrapped in tissue paper. An unusual antique jasper seal fob with silver fittings and a gemstone intaglio wax seal in a Scottish thistle design. The carved design is on a gemstone which has been tested to check that it's not glass. I think that the gemstone is most likely red beryl, it could also be amethyst but the colour looks a bit too pink for amethyst I think. The silver isn't marked, but has been tested to confirm that it's real. In good antique condition with a couple of tiny minor chips around the base of the jasper. The intaglio seal is in good condition with no cracks.
