Description: This is a hand-made sheet-steel, riveted tool box. I would assume that it was constructed in the 1940's - 1950's, for a member of the Sheet Metal Worker's Union #605.The steel is sound, with surface rust and wear marks on the bottom, and a rust spot on the right bottom, measuring 5" X 1", but not rusted through the metal. The inside is in good condition. The hinges and hasp work well. It is painted black enamel.Dimensions: 28" L X 16" W X 10" D.
