Description: Antique rare set of letterpress wood type characters 5.20 inch This antique set is coming from an old letterpress shop at Paris in France. We think, that the letters should probably be handcarved and will make an exceptionnel addition to every collection or for a museum. There are 44 pieces in this set, each character is 13,2 cm (5.20 inch) tall. woodtype #228 One E and one T are broken, and some letters have had wood worms, but they are no longer active, but the holes are still there. You will see, what you get on the close-up photos. If you need more pictures, please let me know your email address. Please be sure, that a careful packaging will be done for the characters, so nothing will hurt the characters on transport.
