Description: This pottery pitcher is an older example of Barro Negro, which is made in Oaxaca Mexico. It has simple but fluid lines, and is decorated with decorations of birds and flowers on the sides of its black finish. The inside has a rough unfinished surface, and there is an older repair that prevents it from holding liquid. Given its age and condition, it should be purchased as a cabinet or display piece. The pitcher stands approximately 7.5 inches to top of handle, 6.5 between spout and handle, and a 2.25 foot. The item(s) are antique and sold as is/as found. They may show wear, fading, scratches, original imperfections and/or damage from normal use. Pitcher has prior damage as shown in photos. Examine photos carefully as they are part of the description. Imperfections were factored into pricing. No returns or refunds.
